Toyota Motor North America - HQ Grand Opening
This highlight video was produced from the grand opening ceremonies of Toyota’s state-of-the-art, billion-dollar North American headquarters in Plano, Texas. Jumpsuit was brought on as part of a large production team and tasked with creating a dynamic recap of the event. We worked with a wide range of recorded materials, including aerial drone footage, GoPro captures, and coverage from local news sources.

Q2 Stadium Tour - B2B Marketing
This video highlights an event held at Austin’s Q2 Stadium — a unique opportunity to film throughout the venue with minimal restrictions. The production spanned several hours and required a three-camera setup, along with a preconfigured audio system to support a panel of speakers and live audience Q&A.

Dell Technologies - DTW
Dell Technologies World (DTW) is the premier annual event hosted by Dell Technologies. This particular gathering took place over three days at The Venetian in Las Vegas. In addition to capturing the overall atmosphere and key moments from the event, we also conducted and filmed a dozen interviews with Dell engineers as they demonstrated their latest products.

NXP Semiconductors - CES
This 15-minute continuous take was filmed live while the CES pavilion was open to attendees. We met NXP CTO Lars Reger outside the pavilion (where the video begins), quickly mic’d him up, and began our walk-and-talk. There was no rehearsal, no retakes — just a directive to follow as he spoke about various technologies. Navigating the crowd, anticipating his movements, and maintaining consistent framing was a performance in itself. To counter known RF interference in the pavilion, we used a redundant two-mic setup on separate frequencies.

Alen Air Purifiers - BTS Commercial
This behind-the-scenes video — filmed during COVID-19 and featuring Alen’s former CEO, Andy Graham — may appear to diverge from traditional event coverage. However, the approach remains consistent: whether we’re documenting a commercial production or creating a highlight reel for a conference, the goal is always to capture the full atmosphere and energy of the moment.

Silicon Labs - Embedded World
This 90-second event video, filmed during Embedded World, is a classic example of a booth demo. While it was captured using professional A/V equipment, smaller devices — including smartphones — can be perfectly valid capture tools depending on your needs.
In fact, handheld devices can help create a more relaxed, informal atmosphere, which is often ideal for less experienced presenters. Their portability, vertical shooting options, and ease of direct social media uploads also make them a popular choice when flexibility and speed matter more than polish.

Salon Promo - Aveda Event Day
Similar to the behind-the-scenes Alen video, the creative approach behind this piece — shot over five hours using only available light — is essentially the same as crafting a highlight reel for any event. The tone can be tailored through pacing and music, whether fast or slow, and may incorporate a mix of text, still photos, diegetic audio, and video clips.

Regardless of format or style, the core objective remains the same: to generate excitement (and perhaps a bit of envy) by efficiently showcasing an event in the most compelling and flattering way possible.

Event Support

Production
We offer standard audio, video, and photo production packages that include the essential equipment and support typically required for small to mid-sized projects. Our setup is designed to be both efficient and flexible, with the ability to scale as needed. If your event requires additional services — such as live streaming or drone operation — we can readily accommodate most requests. If your project calls for additional equipment or personnel outside the base package, we’ll outline those details up front as part of the proposal process.

We're happy to tailor our approach to fit the specific needs of your project, whether that means adjusting gear requirements, crew size, or workflow methods to match your goals. Each of our experienced team members bring a range of video and audio solutions.

Most in-person event coverage can often be handled by a compact, agile team. However, crew size may vary depending on the production schedule and the scope of what needs to be captured. Regardless of the scale, we’re always mindful of our presence — working efficiently, minimizing disruption, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Whether we’re loading gear, interacting with VIPs, or discreetly capturing behind-the-scenes moments, we approach every task with care, focus, and intention.

Post-production
Image acquisition is only part of what makes our work stand out. It’s our editing skills that bring the captured images together into a cohesive and engaging story. We provide comprehensive post-production services, including editorial, motion graphics, stock music acquisition, and a growing list of AI-enhanced tools.

Because post-production schedules are highly customizable and can vary significantly based on specific needs and priorities, these services, and their associated costs, are estimated separately from production. Editorial work is billed hourly to allow for maximum flexibility.

While post-production can take place at any time following an event, we also offer quick-turnaround, same-day editorial services on-site when needed.
