JAMES
PRINCIPAL
I'm a professional artist with over 20 years of hands-on experience in filmmaking, video production & post, motion graphics, and professional photography. I bring extensive experience producing branded content for such companies as 3M, AMD, Applebee's, Baylor College of Medicine, Circle K, Credit Karma, Dell, Gemalto, HCB Health, HID Global, HBO, Hewlett Packard, Humana, Keller Williams, MasterCard, Motorola, National Instruments, Nestlé Purina, NSS Labs, NXP Semiconductors, Personify, Qualcomm, Samsung, Sara Lee, Silicon Labs, Southwest Airlines, Spiceworks, St. David's Hospital, TD Ameritrade, The Home Depot, The Wall Street Journal, Toyota, USAA, Vrbo, Visa, VMware, WellAware, WellCare, and many more.
A multifaceted artist, I hold an MA in Studio Art. In the early 1990s, I returned to the classroom, earned an AAS degree in 3D, and went on to work as an animator and virtual lighting designer on the seminal 1995 arcade game, AREA 51. In the early 2000s, I shifted my focus once again to digital video as “prosumer” cameras like the Canon XL1, Sony VX1000, and Panasonic DVX100 became widely available, beginning a two-decade run as a freelance shooter, director, and editor.
As a video editor and motion graphics artist, I regularly use AI tools for everything from object removal, upscaling, and clip extension to audio repair. My software proficiencies range across a broad array of creative tools, including the entire Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.

My most recent artistic interests led me on a deep dive into Generative AI beginning in March 2023 link. Since then, I've created tens of thousands of GenAI images and videos. I also recently self-published a 36-page book of street photography I captured in 2023 link.
